Bahumat says: The damage for this special is incredibly small compared to the damage from other specials at the same cost and Job level. My suggestion to this is adjust it to do a (50% + (2 x Throw Stone)) damage. That way it becomes the hold-out derringer of combat powers; not much stopping power, but you can resort to it when you literally have nothing else left (no weapons in hand, no MP left, etc.)

As it stands with this writeup, the damage is so paltry there is no incentive to invest significantly in this power. I strongly recommend revision.
