Because time constantly moves, that movement can be predicted in a somewhat limited manner. Once a Time Mage gets the knack for it, they can, on occasion be able to act as soon as they are struck, not from training, but from reading the flow of time and knowing right when to step in.


System: When this Reactive is in place, if the user drops below 50% Hit Points, on the next attack that does damage, roll Acuity+Channelling+Reactive/Critical: Quick.  If roll is greater than the to-hit roll, the user gains a [Quick] status, enabling them to take an immediate action.
