Once you have the lay of the land, it leaves you almost hyper-sensitive to what's going on around you.  Little things.  Like seeing someone weaving symbols, or the gathering of mana in front of someone, or the crack in the sky that's about to drop Ifrit himself on your boot-tips.  Problem with casting is, that takes time, and someone who can see it coming can get out of range before it actually can lay a fiery hand on them.  Honor be damned, there's nothing wrong with running.  You can't spend your gil from six feet under the dirt.

System: If Foresight is Active, and user is either Target of, or inside the AoE of a Spell Effect, user can roll Insight+Alertness+Reactive/Running Leap.  If roll meets of exceeds the Magic's to-hit Roll, then user gains a free Movement Action.  If move carries the user outside of the AoE or Range of the spell caster, then spell fails to hit user.
