The most dangerous prospect for a skilled cutpurse is grabbing a weapon from a foe in the midst of a fight. This is the one time that a thief prays to face the seasoned soldier instead of the battlefield newcomer, because a veteran can always be judged for their skill and actions. Regardless, if you're good enough to catch a weapon arm, and get the right twist at the right time, you can take your prize and hope their companions don't take -too- much offense.

System: With a check of Dexterity+Subterfuge+Steal Weapon a thief can steal an equipped weapon from their target. This ability is resisted with a Insight+Athletics+Steal Weapon check.
