Reacting in the time-honored practical manner of Workmen everywhere, the direct response to getting hit by a melee attack is to stomp hard on the attacker's foot, inflicting no damage but causing [Immobilize] for a round, giving the Workman an opening to get out of the way or take a better shot.

System: Upon taking damage from a attack within melee range (if primary form of defense fails) make a Dexterity+Brawl+Reactive/Steel-Toe check. If the result is greater than the attacker's roll [Immobilize] is inflicted on attacker for a very short (1 round) duration.
