For a Time Mage, the powers of time are like water. They flow at a specific speed from one point to another, Alpha to Omega. But a skilled Mage can halt that flow for a few precious seconds in a target, causing them to become vulnerable to assault and even death.


System:
School: [Time Magic]
Check: Acuity+Channeling+Active/Stop vs. Spell Defense. If successful, the target is frozen in time, and cannot act until the caster has taken three turns. [Stop] does not prevent damage, however.
