A Black Belt who understands this can actually project damaging energy from their hands with just as much force as some spell casters. It is often more surprising to their enemies when in the time it takes another man to breathe, they already have launched a devastating attack. |
| System: Spend 4 MP, and make a standard Unarmed attack with a range of up to 5 spaces. Damage is dealt as normal, but becomes Primal element. Against living beings, there is a damage bonus of 0% + 10% per 6 ranks, and against constructs, elementals, and machines, there is a damage penalty of -50% +10% per 6 ranks. (At 24, this means the attack does 140%/90% damage) |
