Eagle Eye

If you see it coming, you can get out of the way.  An adage attributed to a Moogle scientist who helped create some of the modern Mist-powered guns.  Gunslingers who are poisoned, blinded, or cannot use their hands are useless in a fight, and might as well be just another target... and if you ask one of them, they hate being one.  So, if they can see it coming, they will try and get out of the way!

System: Gain a bonus of 1 + (1 per 4 ranks[maximum +7]) to your roll when resisting to-hit debuffs.
