By pulling seconds out of the air, and putting them together, a Time Mage can make anyone move faster than before, lending them the speed of every one second being two, and every foe seeing them move with a blinding speed and power.

Check: If the target does not desire to be cast upon, the To-Hit roll is Acuity+Channeling+Active/Haste. Confers the [Haste] status, which doubles the target’s action speed for five turns.
