Slap Leather.  A term you only hear a select few make, coming from the sounds of fingers impacting on a holster before pulling their weapon free.  Slapping leather is usually a term used when someone is about to pull a gun and shoot someone.  When a gunslinger does it however, that hand moves like a snake hitting a mouse, and sometimes when someone else is about to attack, they'll get a critical moment to shoot first.  And in some cases, it isn't as much the pain of the hit, but the shock of someone who just stared you in the eyes and dared you to do what you just did, that stops an attack from landing.
System: Interrupt a Ranged attack against you, with a roll of Insight+Ranged+Reactive/Quickdraw. If you exceed the attacker's attack roll, you attack first at 50% damage. If you’ve marked the attacker with Deadeye previously, the attacker, if your attack is successful, suffers [Disable] for 3 turns, cancelling his attack.
