Tempering is a process in which metal can be strengthened for the purposes of withstanding the wears of the world.  With a good skill in tempering, a Smith can turn even the cheapest blade into something able to cleave the thickest of hides or the toughest of armor.  This practice goes not just to blade and blunt, but also to bow and bullet, making them versatile and dangerous when preparing for battle.


System: MP Cost: 5 - Roll Intelligence+Crafting+Active/Temper vs Target PATK or RATK.  If Successful, add Rank/2 to either PATK or RATK for 1+ Rank/8 Rounds.
